Setting Up Custom Signatures


Setting up custom signatures in Gymini allows you to personalize the emails sent out through marketing campaigns. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and assigning custom signatures to different users in your Gymini account.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Team Management

  • Navigate to Settings: Click on "Settings" located at the bottom left of your Gymini dashboard.

  • Go to Team Management: Select "Team Management" at the top of the settings page.

Step 2: Edit User Details

  • Choose a User: Decide which user you want to create a custom signature for and click "Edit" next to their name.

  • Email Signature Box: Scroll down to find the email signature box where you can design the signature. You can include details such as the user's name and email address.

  • Save: After setting up the signature, click "Save" to apply the changes.

Step 3: Create a Marketing Campaign

  • Go to Marketing Campaigns: Click on "Marketing Campaigns" from the dashboard.

  • Create a Campaign: Start creating a new campaign.

  • Assign a User: In the campaign configurations, assign the user (for whom you created the signature) to the campaign. This ensures that any lead coming into this campaign will be assigned to that user.

Step 4: Configure Email Event

  • Add an Event: Scroll down and add an event, choosing the "Email Event" option.

  • Use User Signature: While setting up the email event, you will notice fields for "from address," "from email," and "from name." Below these fields, select "User Signature" to populate the email with the custom signature you created for the user.

  • Save: Save the configurations after setting up the user signature.

Step 5: Test the Setup

  • Publish the Campaign: Click "Publish" on the top right to make the campaign live.

  • Test with a Contact: Go to "Contacts" and choose a test contact to add to the campaign manually. This will trigger the campaign for that contact.

  • Verify the Email: Check the inbox of the test contact to verify that the email sent contains the correct custom signature.


  • Multiple Users: If you assign multiple users to a campaign, the leads will be distributed round-robin style, and the respective user's signature will be used in the emails.

  • User Fields: The user fields in the email setup work only when a user is assigned to the campaign, as it pulls data based on the assigned user's details.
