# Custom Unsubscribe Link

### Introduction

In the realm of email marketing, especially for gyms using Gymini, providing subscribers with a seamless way to opt-out is not only a best practice but also a legal requirement in many jurisdictions. The Custom Unsubscribe Link feature in Gymini allows gyms to offer a personalized experience even in the unsubscribe process, ensuring that members feel respected and valued at every touchpoint.

### Overview

The Custom Unsubscribe Link feature enables gyms to:

* Create a tailored landing page for unsubscribers.
* Integrate this custom page into their email campaigns.
* Automate the process of setting a contact to "Do Not Disturb" once they choose to unsubscribe.

### 1. Create a landing page with messaging you want people to see when they unsubscribe <a href="#id-1.-create-a-landing-page-with-messaging-you-want-people-to-see-when-they-unsubscribe" id="id-1.-create-a-landing-page-with-messaging-you-want-people-to-see-when-they-unsubscribe"></a>

Before integrating the unsubscribe link into your email, you need to design a landing page that subscribers will be redirected to upon clicking the unsubscribe link. This page can contain a thank you message, a feedback form, or any other content you deem appropriate.

### 2. Use the url to the landing page from Step 1 to make a Trigger Link. Learn more about [Domain Setup (Funnels & Websites)](https://help.gohighlevel.com/en/support/solutions/articles/48000980308) <a href="#id-2.-use-the-url-to-the-landing-page-from-step-1-to-make-a-trigger-link.-learn-more-about-domain-setup" id="id-2.-use-the-url-to-the-landing-page-from-step-1-to-make-a-trigger-link.-learn-more-about-domain-setup"></a>

Once your landing page is ready, copy its URL. This URL will be used to redirect subscribers when they choose to unsubscribe.
