# How to create a user or admin to manage multiple locations without giving them agency access?

**Step 1:** Go to agency settings -> agency team management -> Edit or create the user or admin

**Step 2:** Make sure that the user type is Account so they cannot access the agency view!

Choose the Account that you want this user or admin to manage:
