Automatically Creating Opportunities

In Gymini CRM, you can automate the creation of opportunity cards to streamline your sales pipeline management. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up automatic opportunity card creation using campaigns and triggers.

Before you begin, ensure that you have a well-structured pipeline and a good understanding of campaigns and triggers in Gymini CRM. If you are unfamiliar with these concepts, refer to our guides on creating pipelines and setting up campaigns and triggers.

Setting Up the Campaign

  1. Navigate to Marketing Campaigns: Go to the marketing campaigns section in Gymini CRM.

  2. Select a Campaign: Choose the campaign where your leads will be added. This could be through Zapier or the native Facebook Lead Ad API.

  3. Define Lead Value: In the campaign configurations, find the “Lead Value” setting. Define the average lifetime value of a lead if they were to become a customer. Save the value.

Creating a Trigger for Automatic Opportunity Creation

  1. Go to Triggers: Move to the triggers section and create a new basic rule.

  2. Define the Rule: Set the rule to trigger when a lead is added to the selected campaign. The action should be to add an opportunity to the sales pipeline in the “Leads/Prospect” stage.

  3. Leave Lead Value Blank: Since you have defined the lead value in the campaign settings, leave the lead value blank in the trigger settings.

  4. Activate and Name the Trigger: Activate the trigger and give it a descriptive name to easily identify its function in the future.

Testing the Setup

  1. Add a Lead to the Campaign: To test the setup, add a lead to the campaign manually through the contacts section.

  2. Verify the Opportunity Creation: After adding the lead to the campaign, go to the opportunity board to verify that an opportunity card has been automatically created with the defined lead value.

You have successfully set up automatic opportunity card creation in Gymini CRM.
